Reflected XSS in MedDream PACS Premium 7.3.6.870 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via a crafted modifyUser URL. Pacs/modifyUser.php passes the user query parameter to modifyEntryForm, which prints it into multiple HTML contexts without sanitization. Execution requires an authenticated browser session to open the crafted URL and is confined to that user's web origin.
