Service interruption via unauthenticated Modbus address change

Denial of service in Socomec DIRIS Digiware M-70 1.6.9 allows remote attackers to interrupt Modbus communications via port 503. The Modbus RTU over TCP service accepts unauthenticated function-code 6 writes that stage a new address in registers 58112 and 29440, then commit it through register 57856. The address change stops the gateway from answering mismatched requests and interrupts communications with connected Modbus tools and devices.
