Authentication control bypass in OPEXUS FOIAXpress PAL 11.1.0 allows remote attackers to brute-force passwords through the login page. Requests to PalLogin.aspx can bypass the account-lockout and CAPTCHA checks intended to restrict repeated authentication attempts. No account or user interaction is required; the resulting password-guessing exposure affects confidentiality, while no integrity or availability impact is reported.
