Reflected XSS in MedDream PACS Premium 7.3.6.870 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript through autoPurge. Pacs/autoPurge.php writes the attacker-controlled purgeby POST parameter into an HTML error message without sanitization. Exploitation requires an authenticated victim to submit a crafted request, allowing script execution in the PACS web interface origin.
