CVE-2025-54816Network attack vector

Unauthorized backend access via unauthenticated WebSocket connections

Published Jan 22, 2026 · Updated Jan 22, 2026

Missing authentication in EVMAPA WebSocket endpoints in all versions allows remote attackers to access data and perform unauthorized actions. The endpoint completes WebSocket connection establishment without enforcing authentication, exposing backend functions to an unauthenticated peer. Network reachability is sufficient; successful access exposes sensitive data, unauthorized state changes, and service degradation.
