Reflected XSS in GROWI 4.2.7 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute scripts in a logged-in user's browser via a crafted URL. The page alert function passes user-controlled URL query parameters into browser-rendered alert output without adequate neutralization. The victim must be logged in and open the attacker-supplied URL; execution is confined to that browser session and can read or modify data available to it.
