Unauthenticated code execution via unsafe path construction

Path traversal in pyLoad 0.5.0b3.dev89 and earlier allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files through the CNL web endpoint. The addcrypted handler joins a package-derived filename to the storage path and writes supplied content without verifying that the resolved path remains inside that directory. An unauthenticated POST can overwrite service files, including Linux cron jobs or systemd units, and execute code with the pyLoad service account's privileges.
