Arbitrary file write via unresolved directory symlink

Improper link resolution in raszi tmp before 0.2.4 allows local users to write temporary files outside the system temporary directory. The _resolvePath function performs lexical path resolution without resolving symlinks, letting a crafted dir value bypass _assertIsRelative. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access to create the symlink and cause a consuming application to use that dir value.
