Authenticated service interruption via arbitrary PID termination

Denial of service in Xorux LPAR2RRD 8.04 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to terminate appliance processes. The reporter.sh endpoint passes cmd=stop and an attacker-chosen PID to reporter_cfg.pl, which kills that process as the lpar2rrd account. Read-only access is sufficient; terminating the web server, xormon.war, or lpar2rrd-daemon interrupts monitoring services.
