Administrator access via hard-coded session signing key

Session forgery in PPress 0.0.9-beta allows remote authenticated users to gain administrator access through a crafted session cookie. The create_app function in app/init.py configures Flask with the hard-coded session signing key PPress, enabling a user to sign a cookie whose identifier is changed to administrator ID 1. A registered account and an ordinary user's session cookie are required; replacing that cookie causes the server to treat the user as the administrator.
