Code execution via overflowing ICO PNG dimensions

Integer overflow in the ICO parser in GIMP 3.0.2 allows remote attackers to execute code via a crafted icon opened by a user. The ico_read_png function multiplies embedded PNG width and height by four without checking for arithmetic wraparound before comparing the result with the icon size limit. Exploitation requires a user to open the crafted ICO file or visit a page that causes it to be opened, and successful exploitation runs code in the GIMP process context.
