Browser script execution via undisclosed DOM sink
Published Aug 14, 2025 · Updated May 12, 2026
DOM-based XSS in HashThemes Easy Elementor Addons 2.2.6 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a victim's browser. Patchstack identifies the flaw as DOM-based XSS but does not disclose the affected widget, client-side input source, or DOM sink that handles attacker-controlled input. Contributor access and a privileged user's interaction are required; injected script can alter page content or access browser-visible data in that user's session.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
