CVE-2025-54635

Service interruption via returned freed pointer

Published Aug 6, 2025 · Updated Aug 6, 2025

Use-after-free in the distributed notification service in Huawei HarmonyOS 5.1.0 allows attackers to interrupt service availability. The service returns a pointer after freeing its referenced memory, leaving a dangling reference available after the object's lifetime ends.
