Notification deletion via forged cross-site request

Cross-site request forgery in Bevy Event service through 2025-07-22 allows remote attackers to delete all notifications. The /notifications/delete/ endpoint accepts a request originating from another site and performs bulk deletion without verifying user intent. Exploitation relies on a browser session accepted by the service, and the bounded consequence is deletion of the session's notifications.
