Unauthenticated proxy crash via zero TTL

Divide by zero in vproxy 2.3.3 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the proxy via a crafted Proxy-Authorization header. The parse_ttl_extension function accepts zero as a u64 TTL and uses it as the divisor in timestamp % ttl, causing a Rust panic. No authentication or user interaction is required; the process exits and proxy service remains unavailable until restarted.
