Denial of service via GIF comment EOF loop

Denial of service in Six Labors ImageSharp before 2.1.11 and 3.0.0 through 3.1.10 allows remote attackers to hang applications via a malformed GIF. GifDecoderCore.ReadComments accepts an end-of-stream value as a comment sub-block length and seeks backward instead of rejecting the missing terminator, preventing the loop from reaching zero. Reachability requires an application to decode attacker-controlled GIF data; the loop can pin processing and interrupt that application.
