Credential exposure in JetBrains TeamCity before 2025.07 allows local users to recover user credentials from memory snapshots. JetBrains states only that credentials were stored in plaintext in memory snapshots and has not identified the responsible component or snapshot path. A low-privilege local account must obtain a snapshot, and the reported consequence is disclosure of credentials held in process memory.
