Code execution via unchecked MFER sample-skew length

Stack-based buffer overflow in The BioSig Project libbiosig 3.9.0 allows remote attackers to execute code through a crafted MFER file. The MFER tag 67 branch in sopen_extended passes the attacker-controlled len value to ifread with the address of the four-byte stack integer skew, without checking that the read fits. Any network-reachable application that parses an attacker-supplied MFER file through the library exposes its process to memory corruption and arbitrary code execution without authentication.
