Code execution via unchecked MFER tag length

Stack-based buffer overflow in The BioSig Project libbiosig 3.9.0 and master branch 35a819fa allows attackers to execute code via a crafted MFER file. The MFER tag 5 branch in sopen_extended only warns when the decoded length exceeds four, then passes that attacker-controlled length to ifread for copying into a 128-byte stack buffer. Processing an untrusted MFER file is sufficient to corrupt the host process stack, enabling code execution with that process's privileges.
