Sensitive configuration disclosure via compiled-in encryption key

Hard-coded key use in SUSE NeuVector 5.3.0 through 5.4.6 allows remote authenticated users to decrypt stored sensitive configurations. The controller configuration-marshalling path encrypts cloaked fields with cryptographic material compiled into the binary instead of a deployment-specific key. Low-privileged network access and extraction of the shared key from a NeuVector binary expose credentials and other protected configuration values across affected deployments.
