Unauthenticated command execution via SVN diff arguments

Command injection in the Apache OFBiz scrum plugin before 24.09.02 allows remote attackers to execute operating-system commands. The SVN revision-diff handler builds a command by concatenating externally influenced inputs and passes the resulting string directly to the operating system. The scrum plugin must be installed and its diff path reachable; authentication is not required, and commands run in the OFBiz process context.
