Service-account compromise via remote Excel requests

Credential exposure in Netwrix Directory Manager 11.0.0.0 and later before 11.1.25162.02 allows attackers to obtain a service-account credential. In a multi-server deployment, the application uses its service account to request an Excel data source from a remote server without protecting the credential against interception. The attacker must control or access that remote server and intercept the request; the stolen credential grants access to Directory Manager and integrated identity stores.
