CSRF in Zimbra Collaboration's ResetPasswordRequest SOAP operation allows remote attackers to reset a user's password without consent. The operation processes a crafted cross-site SOAP request without validating a CSRF token, causing an unintended password reset. Exploitation requires zimbraFeatureResetPasswordStatus to be enabled and an authenticated user to visit attacker-controlled web content.
