OS command injection in Cherry Studio 1.5.1 allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary shell commands through a malicious MCP server. The MCP OAuth provider passes the server-supplied authorization_endpoint URL to the operating system's open function without scheme validation or sanitization. Exploitation requires a user to configure and activate a malicious streamableHttp MCP server; its OAuth metadata then executes commands with the application's privileges.
