Arbitrary command execution via newline allow-list bypass

Command injection in Roo Code before 3.23.19 allows local users to execute disallowed commands through multiline command input. The parseCommand function treated shell operators as separators but did not split newline-delimited input before the allow-list evaluated individual commands. Exploitation requires local command-submission access; an allowed first line can conceal a second command, which then runs with the extension user's privileges.
