Unauthenticated administrator password change via CGI request

Improper authentication in Multilaser Sirius RE016 MLT1.0 allows remote attackers to change the administrator password over HTTP. The Password Change Handler accepts an unauthenticated POST to /cgi-bin/cstecgi.cgi with topicurl set to setting/setPasswordCfg and writes the supplied admpass as the administrator password. Network reachability to the router's web interface is sufficient; successful exploitation takes control of administrator authentication without crashing the device.
