CVE-2025-54327Network attack vector

Arbitrary memory write via improper VTS validation

Published Nov 4, 2025 · Updated Nov 4, 2025

Improper input validation in the VTS driver for Samsung Exynos 1280, 2200, 1380, W920, W930, and W1000 allows arbitrary writes. Samsung has not disclosed the input field, validation error, write destination, or memory boundary involved. Network-reachable, unauthenticated input is the published gate, and the bounded result is an attacker-controlled memory write with no reported service interruption.
