Host file read via snapshot template injection

Template injection in Canonical LXD 5.21 and later before 5.21.4 and 6.0 and later before 6.5 allows remote authenticated users to read host files. The RenderTemplate function parses snapshots.pattern with an unrestricted Pongo2 template set, so include loads host paths while urlencode and slice expose their content through a generated snapshot name. Exploitation requires permission to modify instance settings; the demonstrated effect is host-file disclosure without code execution, data modification, or service interruption.
