Arbitrary file write via TOCTOU race
Published Oct 15, 2025 · Updated Oct 15, 2025
TOCTOU race condition in Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop 6.7.0.278 and earlier allows local users to write arbitrary files on macOS. Adobe has not disclosed the affected component or resource, only that the interval between a check and later use permits substitution of a write target. Low-privileged local access is required; exploitation needs no user interaction and can modify files in the current user's context.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
