Pre-auth code execution via exposed Struts developer mode
Published Aug 5, 2025 · Updated Feb 26, 2026
Incorrect authorization in Adobe Experience Manager Forms on JEE 6.5.23.0 and earlier allows remote attackers to execute arbitrary code. The admin UI security filter admits unauthenticated URLs containing “login.”, while enabled Struts 2 developer mode executes OGNL expressions through its debug interface. Standalone JEE deployments exposing the admin UI are reachable without credentials, granting code execution in the server process.
