Code execution via malicious-file use-after-free
Published Sep 9, 2025 · Updated Sep 9, 2025
Use-after-free in Adobe Premiere Pro 25.3, 24.6.5 and earlier allows context-dependent attackers to execute code via a malicious file. Adobe has not disclosed the affected component, the freed object, or the file-parsing operation that accesses it after release. A victim must open the crafted file; successful exploitation runs code with the victim's current-user privileges on Windows or macOS.
