Memory disclosure
Published Aug 12, 2025 · Updated Aug 13, 2025
Out-of-bounds read in Adobe InDesign 20.4 and 19.5.4 and earlier allows attackers to disclose sensitive memory via a malicious file. Adobe has not published the affected parser or the incorrect bounds operation performed while processing the file. A local user must open the crafted document; the reported consequence is memory disclosure, not code execution or service interruption.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.

Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
