Stored script execution via unsanitized page title
Published Aug 20, 2025 · Updated Aug 20, 2025
Stored XSS in OpenSolution Quick.Cms 6.8 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in visitors' browsers via a crafted page title. The page editor stores the sTitle parameter as arbitrary HTML and JavaScript, then renders it without effective neutralization when the edited page is visited. Administrative privileges are required to save the payload, and execution affects later visitors to that page; a renamed administration path only makes access harder.
