Authenticated code execution via unvalidated form include
Published Jul 22, 2025 · Updated Jul 23, 2025
Remote file inclusion in LibreNMS 25.6.0 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to execute code through ajax_form.php. The endpoint concatenates the POST type value into includes/html/forms/{type}.inc.php and passes the resulting path to include_once without an allowlist. Exploitation also requires control of a file or symlink in that trusted directory, and successful execution runs under the librenms service account.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
