Unauthenticated site modification via default secrets

Use of default credentials in HAX CMS NodeJS 11.0.9 and earlier allows remote attackers to modify sites through exposed secrets. HAXCMSClass initializes both user roles with shared admin credentials when no .user file exists, while shipped JWT private keys are publicly readable. An unconfigured self-hosted instance is reachable without prior privileges, allowing site changes and further access under the built-in accounts.
