Administrator context switching via cross-site requests

CSRF in Mist.io Mist Cloud Management Platform Community Edition 4.7.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to switch an admin's user context. session_start_response sets the session.id cookie without SameSite protection, so a cross-site form to /su can ride the administrator's active session. Exploitation requires the administrator to visit attacker-controlled content while logged in and changes the session to a specified user context.
