Authenticated code execution via unrestricted save-file path

Arbitrary file write in RomM before 4.0.0-beta.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute code through the saves API. The /api/saves endpoint accepts an attacker-controlled destination path and content, then writes the upload without confining the path to RomM storage. Viewer-role access or Scope.ASSETS_WRITE is required; KIOSK_MODE prevents exposure because its users are read-only.
