Unauthenticated code execution via unsafe property hydration

Code injection in Livewire 3.0.0-beta.1 through 3.6.3 allows remote attackers to execute code through crafted component updates. HandleComponents::hydrateForUpdate passed client-supplied synthetic tuples into the generic hydration path, allowing tuple metadata to select a property synthesizer without update-specific raw-state checks. The target must expose a mounted Livewire component configured with a susceptible property; no authentication or user interaction is required, and successful exploitation runs code in the web application context.
