Contributor-level stored script execution via unescaped input
Published Jul 16, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Stored XSS in CyberChimps Responsive Addons for Elementor 1.7.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts into pages. The plugin fails to sanitize stored page input and escape it during HTML output; public sources do not identify the affected widget, field, or code path. Contributor-level access is required to store the payload, and execution requires another user to visit the affected page, enabling script execution in that user's browser.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
