Forced snippet import or export via missing nonce
Published Jul 16, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2026
Cross-site request forgery in FluentSnippets 10.50 and earlier allows remote attackers to trigger snippet import or export requests. The AdminMenuHandler exportSnippets() and importSnippets() methods accepted requests after a capability check without verifying a fluent-snippets nonce. Exploitation requires an authenticated administrator to visit attacker-controlled content; the forced operation can export stored snippets or import attacker-supplied snippet data.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.
