Stored script execution via unsanitized raca parameter

Stored XSS in adicionar_raca.php before 3.4.5 allows remote attackers to execute scripts in a user's browser through the raca parameter. The POST endpoint stores raca without validation or sanitization and later renders the value so the browser interprets it as active script. No attacker privileges are required, but a user must open the affected page; the script then runs in that user's browser context.
