Arbitrary file disclosure via unresolved asset paths

Path traversal in RomM before 3.10.3 and 4.0.0-beta.3 allows remote authenticated users to read server files via /api/raw. The route joins an attacker-controlled path to ASSETS_BASE_PATH and passes the unresolved result directly to FileResponse without enforcing directory containment. Any account with asset-read access, including a kiosk user, can retrieve files readable by the RomM process, such as system account data.
