Incorrect channel destination handling in Kiteworks MFT before 9.1.0 allows remote authenticated users to intercept upstream traffic. The back-end directs an upstream communication channel to the wrong destination; Kiteworks has not disclosed the affected subcomponent or destination-selection logic. Exploitation requires administrative privileges and certain undisclosed circumstances, and the resulting interception can escalate privileges.
