Authenticated server crash via unbounded file reads

Denial of service in File Browser 2.38.0 allows remote authenticated users to hang or crash the server by opening an oversized file. The file-reading path loads the entire uploaded file into memory without a size check, streaming, or resource limit. An account with file creation access must upload a very large file and initiate a read; successful exploitation interrupts the File Browser service through memory exhaustion.
