DOM XSS via unsanitized translated attribute contexts

DOM-based XSS in Intlify Vue I18n allows remote attackers to execute script in a victim's browser through crafted interpolation values. With escapeParameterHtml enabled, translation processing escapes parameters but fails to sanitize the completed HTML attribute context, leaving event handlers and JavaScript URLs executable. Exploitation requires a translation containing HTML attributes to receive attacker-controlled interpolation data and be rendered as HTML, with resulting access bounded by the application's browser origin.
