Session hijacking via unredacted Flow request logs

Sensitive-data exposure in Directus 9.0.0 through 11.8.x allows remote authenticated users to obtain session tokens from Flow logs. Webhook-triggered Flows persist complete incoming request details without redacting access and refresh tokens held in cookies. Administrator access to Flow logs and a victim-triggered Flow are required; exposed tokens permit session hijacking until they expire.
