Disclosure and service interruption via missing OFTP authentication
Published Oct 14, 2025 · Updated Oct 14, 2025
Affected Fortinet FortiAnalyzer releases allow remote attackers to disclose device status data or interrupt service via crafted OFTP requests. The OFTP service processes crafted health and status requests without the required authentication check. Network access to its listener is sufficient without credentials or user interaction; affected branches are 6.4.0 through 6.4.15, 7.0.0 through 7.0.15, 7.2.0 through 7.2.11, 7.4.0 through 7.4.6, and 7.6.0 through 7.6.3.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
