Authenticated code execution via unrestricted nested macros

Code injection in affected XWiki Rendering releases allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary server-side code through nested macros. DefaultMacroContentParser creates a new TransformationContext for nested content without copying the parent restricted flag, allowing cache or chart macros to invoke forbidden script macros. Comment rights suffice to submit nested Groovy syntax and gain programming rights without user interaction.
