Remote command execution via shell-interpolated issue arguments

Command injection in Sunwood AI Labs github-kanban-mcp-server 0.3.0 allows remote attackers to execute host commands via add_comment. handleAddComment interpolates issue_number and repo directly into a gh issue command passed to Node.js child_process.exec, allowing shell metacharacters to start extra commands. Exploitation requires an MCP client or LLM to invoke add_comment with attacker-influenced arguments, and injected commands inherit the server process account's privileges.
