Code execution via Copilot auto-approval setting

Command injection in Microsoft Visual Studio 2022 version 17.14 before 17.14.12 allows attackers to execute code through Copilot. Copilot follows instructions embedded in repository content to set chat.tools.autoApprove to true, suppressing approval before it invokes attacker-selected commands. A user must open the crafted repository and ask Copilot to process its content; successful execution runs with the user's local privileges.
